Would declaring bankruptcy cause me some issues in my application process to medical school?

I am clothes to declaring chapter 7 and I was hoping to apply to medical schools within the next 4 months. may a bankruptcy disrupt my application at some? Thanks.

It should not. Ask your bankruptcy attorney to be sure. The first consultation with a bankruptcy attorney is free, but they charge several thousand dollars to handle the bankruptcy for you.
You should still be able to get student loans if that’s what you are worried about. Student loans are need-based loans and not credit-based.
