I need to find out if a bankruptcy trustee can return funds (assets) to the debtor that were collected to pay creditors who were described in a bankruptcy claim. I already received a discharge, and a filing of final accounts notice. I’m just trying to figure out exactly what it means if creditors did not file a claim wirhin a time limit to retrieve assets that my bankruptcy trustee collected from me.
