I have a mortgage with some 1 else. he doesn’t qualify for a refinance because he claimed bankruptcy 4 years ago. he’s been making late payments, and I’m worried about my credit. he doesn’t want to sell the home because he lives in it. What should I do? Can I put the property on the market since I’m the co borrower?

You can not sell it without her consent.
You can try to get a court order forcing the sale, but do not get your hopes up, she is holding the trump card, she is residing in the property.
